What’s under these buildings
Hendersonville built out around Old Hickory Lake from the 1960s on, so there is a substantial stock of mid-century ranches — many of them expanded once or twice — alongside newer subdivision growth pushing north and east. A meaningful number of properties on the outer edges are still on private wells rather than city water.
