What’s under these buildings
Brentwood is predominantly large single-family on slab, weighted to the 1980s through early 2000s with a steady stream of new custom builds. Square footage is high and the runs are long, which is the detail that matters: a four-thousand-square-foot slab house has a lot of pipe under concrete and a lot of distance between the water heater and the far bathroom.
